I like depth but sometimes need to widen my focus, notice more of what's around. I use "myriadicity" to refer to the myriad facets, layers, details, and compositions to notice, around and within.

I love this dance/sport. I see it as a kind of movement cooperation game which fosters coordination with another person that approaches the thoroughness, immediacy, and range of coordination with yourself. (Along the way it also fosters developing coordination with yourself.) This section includes general CI info and topics and explorations that have helped me find my way.
