Over the years I've come to love the vibrant depth of chalk pastel's marks, and enjoyed exploring those depths. Here are a few of my favorites. They're pictures I drew by hand, mostly using NuPastels on various kinds of paper. In some cases I digitally exaggerated contrast or color reversal of the scans.
